  1. You can’t combine your spendings with your family members. At least, not in a shared-account basis anyways. In addition, the monthly spending limit for boost is only RM4500 which is standard for all e-wallets. In conclusion, forget about the big reward redemptions with boost!

    1. Yes, it cannot be shared-account basis but able to get the mutual understanding and execute if there is a prior agreement that any purchase made is directed to one account.

Boost will reward better to those high tiered users….by comparison, pump petrol using Touch & Go e-wallet is much more worth it.

On the other hand, Boost give rewards and help you build your account to be high tier when you pay your utilities using it as compared to Touch&Go ewallet which gives you nothing in return.

We as consumers have to change according to the maximum benefits that can be given to us. Let’s not focus only on one ewallet or else we can’t reap the maximum benefit that we should get ^^

    2. @Bujang & Broke that’s where you’re right. However, coming from someome who’s incredibly tolerant and understanding I think we can all agree that it’s really difficult to do things as you’ve mentioned! This is obviously due to the fact that the account cannot be moved between devices with ease(*unlike grab, which is the comparison that i was making). I mean, one cannot make a purchase unless the device with the account access is available at the time. That’s not convenient at all! High value rewards is basically impossible to redeem since in certain instances the coins doesn’t even last long enough to be able to even potentially make that redemption! All i’m trying to say is that this so called “loyalty programme” can be massively improved moving forward and never again am I ever gonna go all out to spend in order to achieve something via e-wallets because the reward behind it ain’t never gonna be worth the time and money invested in attempting to attain that reward!

    3. @harrish krishna haha true to that! If I were to execute my idea….I have to be around to shop whenever my parents or siblings are around xD

The reward is possible but the process is tedious and annoying if it keeps changing which is happening now. They should stabilise the whole process before we make our definite choice. Thus, I suggest that we should also change our e-wallet once in a while accordingly if they are not firm with their so called “loyalty programme”
